Lisa Tarry is recognised sustainability career expert advising recent graduates, career transitioners and experienced sustainability professionals on their journeys into and through the multifaceted sustainability field. She is founder and Managing Director of Turning Green Pty Ltd a career consultancy and recruitment firm in operation since 2008 focused on placing candidates with the skills and experience required to embed sustainability into the core of a business to improve cost efficiencies and drive revenue growth. Lisa has worked in London and Sydney in both a consultancy environment and within corporations managing the talent sourcing requirements for Jones Lang LaSalle, American Express and Caltex. Her academic qualifications include a diploma in Human Resources from the UK, a Cert IV in Carbon Management and a Masters in Business and Technology focused on organisational sustainability and sustainable energy management.
